Celebrating Color

Whatever medium I am working in  — glass, paint, watercolor, photography, yarn — the unifying inspiration for me is color. Sweet harmonies and zingy pops of colors. I love them all.

I love working with glass in particular because of the interplay of light. Transparent glass is my favorite, with all of the beautiful reflections. Another thing I love about glass is that it doesn’t discolor or fade in sunlight (UV exposure).

Fall is the ‘season of color’ and while not the traditional leaves, here are some of my color inspirations this fall.
